Simonsig Cabernet/Merlot

Dark ruby colour. Ripe black berry and cherry fruit flavours with an undertone of spicy vanilla. Unmistakable Cabernet flavours are complimented by the silky soft tannins of the Merlot. Made in a style that’s being created for easy drinking.

Simonsig Pinotage

Dark persian red. Youthful sweet notes of raspberry and red berries. The silky smooth tannins carries the magical flavours of this unpretentious grape, saturating your palate with red berry fruit flavours and a touch of spice.

Deep Persian red. Intense black berry and cherry flavours. Firm yet developed tannins  uphold the structure and balance between these flavours creating the perfect finish.

Simonsig Frans Malan

Ruby red in colour. Rich layers of plum and blackcurrant with a hint of cinnamon. The delicate use of wood forms a platform of delicious chocolate and mocha flavours with soft and supple tannins.

Simonsig Cabernet Shiraz

Bringing together the best features of two fine grape varieties, this ruby coloured wine shows vibrant notes of red berries layered with luscious plums. Hints of cinnamon contribute to the primary fruit sensation, while youthful, yet tame, tannins sooth the palate.

Simonsig Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon

Fresh floral nose with intense aromas of green peppers, green guage plums and winter melons followed by mouthwatering citrus and sorrel flavours on the palate. A refreshing acidity and a silky smooth texture rounds off the wine.
