Mandrarossa and its parent winery Settesoli continue to show the benefit of their tireless dedication to quality and innovation. The MandraRossa range is designed for early drinking but retaining complexity and interest at the same time. The wines are sourced from dedicated vineyards using a computer-mapped traceability system. This analyses sugar development, tannin ripeness and acidity levels throughout the growing season in order to ensure optimum quality at picking.
Mandrarossa Nero d’avola
Runy red in colour. Subtle cherry and vanilla aromas on the nose resulting in a medium bodied wine with notes of smoke that cut through the acidic nature.
Sweet peach on the nose, with a little lemon creeping through, coupled to a palate of gooseberry and dried tangerine. The finish is lovely with a lot of mineral element.
This wine is pale straw yellow in colour. On the nose, there are aromas of citrus fruit with a hint of basil. The palate is fresh and intense with a long finish.
