Peter Lehmann Botrytis Semillon
A beautiful bright gold colour which will deepen with bottle age. It has wonderful tropical fruit aromas with just a hint of citrus. It is a truly harmonious wine with a delicious lusciousness on the middle palate counterbalanced by tantalizingly complex acidity, the hallmark of botrytis wine.
Attractive light green/gold colour leads to an appealing aroma of freshly cut white peaches. It has a beautiful soft depth of fruit on the middle palate and finishes clean and dry. A delightful example of a youthful, fruit-driven, unwooded style of Chardonnay from a classic white wine vintage
A soft, fruit driven wine showing typical shiraz richness reined in by the soft tannin finish. This is a deliciously soft style of shiraz. The colour is cherry red with hints of dark plum and chocolate on the nose. A wine to give immense enjoyment in its youth.
Peter Lehman Riesling
An attractive pale yellow with green tints, it shows fresh floral characters and a hint of citrus. The palate is refreshing with a soft moderately dry finish.
Peter Lehman Semillon
A unique Semillon style. Delicate pale straw with green tints, the nose is a fragrant mélange of lemon blossom, with notes of grapefruit and beeswax. The palate is lively, clean, zippy and beautifully refreshing. Simply a wonderful wine to sip. It is Australia’s most popular Semilllon!!
Peter Lehman Shiraz
The Barossa’s soils and climate are ideal for producing the full flavoured rich fruited Shiraz wines of great longevity. The wine shows blackberry, mulberry, plum as well as spicy characters. Full bodied with intense flavour but soft mellow on the palate. The Shiraz is the foundation wine of Peter Lehmann.
Peter Lehman Chardonnay
A stylish wine that showcases the primary fruit characters of Chardonnay with a touch of softness from the oak that many people find so appealing. The palate is satisfyingly rounded with a subtle toasty oak finish. A new and refreshing face of Chardonnay.
Peter Lehmann Barossa Mentor
Mentor is fermented and matured in 100% French oak hogsheads, which integrates seamlessly with the powerful flavours and structure of the wine. The rich palate gives flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate and cedar box. Mentor is a wine capable of great longevity and will develop gracefully in the bottle over the next 20 years or more.
Peter Lehmann Eight Songs Shiraz
The Barossa stands amongst the great wine regions of the world. From this region, Shiraz can express diversity in flavour, style and texture. Fermented and matured in 100% new French oak hogsheads, the seamless integration of opulent fruit and velvety tannins creates an elegant expression of Barossa Shiraz at its sensuous best.
