Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas’ oldest legal distillery. It is made in batches, using old-fashioned pot stills, and every batch is taste tested. Tito’s Handmade Vodka is designed to be savored by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. The Tito’s distilling process, is similar to those used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, it requires more skill and effort than others, but it’s well worth it.

Montelobos Mezcal Espadín
Montelobos is an artisanal mezcal made in Santiago Matatlán Oaxaca produced with 100% organically certified agave espadín. The pinas are roasted in conical clay pits and milled in a traditional mule-powered stone tahona. Wild yeast is then used for fermentation before being double-distilled in wood fired 300L copper stills.
Montelobos Mezcal Ensamble
Made in the traditional fashion but from sustainably cultivated agave plants as opposed to harvesting from the wild. This is called Ensamble because it is blended from 3 different plant types: 53% agave Cupreata and 35% agave Espadin along with the tails from the spirit run of Montelobos Tobala.
Distilled from 100% blue agave, this Siempre tequila is unaged and has flavours of baked pepper, honey cake, keylime and a little salt!
Ancho Reyes Verde
Made using the same chilli pepper variety as the standard Ancho Reyes, but for the Verde expression the fruit is harvested earlier. As you would expect this one is less-smoky hot and more ‘green’ and herbal tasting with a good bit of chilli heat. Perhap a tough one to drink straight but it works wonders with vodka, tequila and mezcal based cocktails.
Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
A hot and spicy liqueur made by infusing Ancho chillis with cane spirit over a six month period. Inspired by a recipe from 1920s this is a superb cocktail ingredient with great versatility. It can also be enjoyed neat in shots or over ice.
Templeton 4 Year Old Rye Whiskey
When prohibition outlawed the manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages in 1920, many enterprising residents of a small town in Iowa chose to become outlaws-producing a high caliber and much sought after whiskey known as Templeton Rye. These bootleggers and their famous whiskey quickly brought notoriety to the tiny town of Templeton with a population of just 362. Distilled from a mash bill of 95% Rye and 5% Malted barley it is matured to perfection in new flame charred American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years. Templeton Rye Signature Reserve delivers a whiskey bursting with flavour, spice and complexity that is a salute to Templeton, Iowa – a small town with a strong spirit.
