Sparkling – Cava Brut Reserva
A blend of the three traditional cava varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Aged in cellar for 15 months. Crystalline pale straw in colour. The bubbles are tiny and released in a string of pearls. Delicate fruity and floral aromas with hints of the ageing. It’s fine structure, elegance, and breadth of aromas give it an unmistakeable personality.
Sparkling – Cava Brut Rosado
Pale cherry red. Clean and bright. Its generous stream of fine bubbles forms a crown. It has a fruity aroma with a slight ageing tone. This wine has a complex and fruity taste, sweet and with a good balance in the mouth.
